Innovative Technology
Vallava JETBOUND Model Casing-In is the only machine in India with dynamic design has high accuracy glue application technique used by heavy mechanism with totally geared drive with range of accessories ensure maximum flexibility and productivity. The PLC based program machine is incorporated to interconnect the book feeding, center plate moving, book spine tight catcher with calendaring the book finely; it can be adjusted as per the book thickness. This helps in keeping the book in right gauge. The book spine hard cover and the book spine thickness should always match the center spine board of hard case cover.
Gluing Section
The Vallava Casing In Machine is designed to use cold glue any type of Lamination glue. The glue thickness can be adjusted as per the paper quality. The major feature of Vallava casing-in is that, the glue will apply perfectly from top of the book up to end and the glue does not touch any part of the center plate of the casing -in machine. It is high tech perfect hard casing-in book in- setter for accuracy hard case book binding today.
