High Production Features
- Innovative Technology for High Productivity:
Easy & Fast Notebook Spine Edge Squaring Machine with the facilities of bottom rollers press system with easy and sharp turning - PLC based operation system for multiple strokes of the clamp, but we proved single stroke deliver as satisfactory results.
- Adjustment to book spine pressure for different number of page book, up to 4 Tons hydraulic pressure for holding the book. Clamping And Squaring pressure can be adjusted as per the thickness of the notebook and quality of the wrapper.
- The system can be operated in manual or auto modes.
- Clamp inching facility is provided for book thickness setting. Locking of the rollers at specific length can ensure crisp processing.
- The constant spine pressure setting cum locking system is possible by precision of IMM to10MM, depending upon the notebook cover/wrapperthickness and quality.
- Options for only nipping the book also with squaring.
- The power pack is installed with exhaust fan to maintain temperature. It helps in continuous production and long life of hydraulic components installed within the power pack.
- The clamp mouth opens up to 80 MM. Operators can feed up to80 mm thickness notebooks, within 4-5 seconds one process can be completed.
- Two emergency switches have been provided on the left side and
right side, which opens the clamp to avoid any accident. - Any un-trained operator can achieve over 6000 to 7000 Exercise notebooks per hour.
