Suitable for book binders, printers and bulk stationery manufacturers like Box File Mfrs., Notebook Mfrs., and Diary Mfrs., etc. both the models are also designed for variety of case binding jobs.
Reliable and Proven Gluing System
20 Inch long in QUIKR Stainless Steel glue rollers are used for proper constant bottom glue application. The machine has high speed paper feeding system and single operator gluing unit in QUIKR. Operator can operate the machine without touching the glue and this will protect the case from dust accumulation. Cartridge type glue tank with separate hot water task is provided. Precise control of paper releasing tension blades and high speed run helps in avoiding the paper stuck/roll in the glue rollers. It has the maximum high speed paper feed system of this kind in the market at present.
High Speed Single Brush Turning and One Pneumatic turning unit (QUIKR)
The single brush turning unit completes the turning in for all four sides (by passing two times) Rollers and brush will rotate to fold the flap within few seconds by reverse and forward system. The PLC based reverse forward rotating facility is provided to the silicon rollers and brush, rapid high speed operation. Alternately manufacturing of (inner pasting) Files and Table Top calendars, conveyors and all rollers shall operate in single direction by program. One Pneumatic turning unit also installed to taking more production, various sizes and products like Jewel box mfg., small flap folding like ring box binding (4” x 4”), Maximum thickness board binding like exam pad and very thin paper pasting folding like file & register like many more, ultimately all the job will be get ready in this machine.
