Speciality
- Can produce any type of paper and board files.
- Operation by servo motor with gear box for 1 to7file creasing as per the file model.
- Each files product model with different program can be saved in the recipe for repeat operation.
Lever Lock (Box) Index File
- PLC based automatic file feeder installed for systematic feeding cum dynamic double file detector technology used in this machine.
- First station can punch round hole, Two rado and four hole punching for Box file clip fitting.
- Second station for Index file with two creasing by program. Also direct delivery to the delivery stand.
- All other file also can be programmed and produced like rin binding file, c-round creasing box file, 700 gsm two creasing spring file of any size.
Cobra File (Spring and Clip Office File)
- First station will do two hole cum one reverse creasing where one half folding is required.
- Second station will crease remaining 5creasing as per the customer required distance, the distance program can be set by operators at anytime within few minute.
- Third folding section can fold the file where reverse creased and finally, below two dies installed for punching final4 holes for Cobra Spring file and 8 holes for Tag File

- 3rd folding section can fold the file where reverse creased and finally below two does installed for punching final 4 holes for Cobra spring files and 8 holes for Tag files (In Multimax Semi).
